American media personality and socialite Kim Kardashian recently admitted that she believes in a wild conspiracy theory surrounding the 1969 Moon landing. According to People, the 45-year-old star shared her controversial take on the 1969 moon landing being “fake” on the Friday, October 30, 2025, episode of The Kardashians.

During the episode, Kim Kardashian tried to convince her All’s Fair co-star, American actress Sarah Paulson, that she does not believe the famous Apollo 11 space mission really happened. Speaking to her 50-year-old Hulu drama cast member, Kim Kardashian said:

“I’m sending you, so far, a million articles with both Buzz Aldrin and ... the other one.”

Notably, the reality TV star referred to Neil Armstrong, who was also aboard the Apollo 11, the first spaceflight to land men on the moon. The duo reportedly engaged in the conversation in between takes on the set of their upcoming Hulu series.

Meanwhile, in the episode, when a producer reportedly approached Kim Kardashian and asked the star to confirm her claim that astronauts Neil Armstrong and Edwin E. “Buzz” Aldrin did not walk on the luna, she quipped:

“I don't think we did. I think it was fake.”

Further explaining her claims, Kim revealed the reasons that have convinced her of the conspiracy theory.

“I’ve seen a few videos [of] Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn’t happen. He says it all the time now in interviews… Why does Buzz Aldrin say it didn't happen? There’s no gravity on the moon – why is the flag blowing? The shoes that they have in the museum that they wore on the moon [have] a different [foot]print than the photos. Why are there no stars?”

During the October 30 episode, Kim Kardashian also defended her claim that the 1969 moon landing was “fake”. When a producer asked the SKIMS founder how she would protect herself from people who might brand her “crazy”, she explained:

“They’re gonna say I’m crazy no matter what. But like, go to TikTok. See for yourself.”

Meanwhile, on the latest episode of The Kardashians, the reality TV star also spoke about an alleged interview of Edwin E. “Buzz” Aldrin talking about the mission. Reportedly showing Sarah Paulson a video, Kim said:

“This girl says, ‘What was the scariest moment?’ And [Aldrin] goes, ‘There was no scary moment, cause it didn’t happen. It could’ve been scary, but it wasn’t, cause it didn’t happen.’”

Kim, whose birth name is Kimberly Noel Kardashian, also alleged in the episode that Aldrin’s “gotten old”, and it makes him blurt out comments like that. Notably, Sarah Paulson also told the socialite that she will do a “massive deep dive” into the 1969 moon landing theory.

For the unversed, Edwin E. “Buzz” Aldrin, who is 95 years old, has reportedly never denied the authenticity of the Apollo 11 mission. He has also spoken publicly about the challenges of the mission.

While new episodes of The Kardashians drop on Thursdays on Hulu, the upcoming legal drama All’s Fair is set to premiere on November 4.
