Kris Jenner explained the bond she maintains with her kids' ex-partners despite their complicated histories. For years, the momager has remained surprisingly close to the men her daughters previously dated or married, even when some of those relationships had a very public falling out.

She recently sat down with Jay Shetty on his On Purpose podcast to explain why she continues to extend love and care to her children's exes. She said:

"First of all, I believe in my heart and in my soul, love is love. And I fall in love with people. These are, in most cases, the fathers of my grandchildren. And I love these men. And that love doesn't go away when we experience really challenging times with them. It just doesn't turn off like that for me."

Kris Jenner added that every one of her children's ex-partners knows that "they have an open door." She said that it all comes down to "communication, compassion, forgiveness, and moving through" to get to where they are now, where they can always come to her for anything.

For the reality TV star, the bond she has with her kids' exes goes far beyond their previous romantic relationships with her kids. One of the key reasons she keeps them in her orbit is her grandkids. She said:

"What will my grandkids think 20 years from now if their grandmother treated their dad poorly?"

She said that one of the things she teaches her kids is forgiveness, so she's doing the same thing for their exes: "forgive somebody who's treated you badly and move on."

Kris Jenner recently shared her life goals after turning 70

Kris Jenner shared her family-focused life goals after turning 70 earlier this month in a lavish, star-studded James Bond-themed bash in Jeff Bezos's mansion. The reality TV star isn't considering retirement anytime soon and has expressed her desire to continue working for several more years.

Drawing inspiration from her 91-year-old mother, whom she said worked until she was 82, she told E! News on November 15:

"That's really what kept her young and feeling like part of life and excited to get up every morning and go to work and enjoy her career and what she was doing. I hope to be exactly the same and I hope to be healthy."

It's going to be about her family, grandchildren, kids, and her health now that she's reached 70. According to the reality TV star, her life is focused on family and friends moving forward because her "relationships mean so much" to her.

Speaking of family, Kris Jenner recently hosted a birthday bash for her longtime boyfriend, Corey Gamble, who turned 45. She marked the occasion with a sweet birthday tribute to Gamble on Instagram on November 10, calling him her "rock," "ride or die," and "the most incredible partner."

The couple has been together for over a decade after first meeting at a party in August 2014.

Kris Jenner previously said in an episode of The Kardashians in July 2024 that she would "maybe" marry Corey Gamble when she turns 70.
