How to complete the Woven with Malice quest in Where Winds Meet

Head north of the Buddha Fort to find a scholar beside a large bell. Approaching him will start the Woven with Malice quest in Where Winds Meet. After talking to him, advance the in-game time to the next day and interact with the person inside the bell.

Visit nearby embroidery ladies

Go to the marker location and speak with the NPC kid named Little Needle. She will ask you to gather dye for her.

Gather dyes for the tailor

You can find the red and blue dyes on the table in the courtyard. For the black dye, enter the house and collect it from the Charcoal Ash. Next, return to the tailor and deliver the dyes. Once that is done, advance the in-game to the next day and talk to her again.

Return to the scholar's place to find a woman talking to him, but do not approach them. Hide behind the rock and eavesdrop on their conversation.

Go to the stone wall and inspect it before entering the bamboo forest to find two NPCs hiding behind the bush. Hide behind the bamboo trees and eavesdrop on them.

Ambush ahead - prepare to flee with the tailor

Return to the tailor to find her unconscious and confront the pavilion owner. This will trigger a long cutscene. Once that is over, speak with the two martial artists and wake up Little Needle. This will complete the Woven from Malice quest in Where Winds Meet, and you will get the following rewards:
