Where Winds Meet walkthrough: How to complete A Foolproof Plan quest

A Foolproof Plan is a Wandering Tales quest that you can find while exploring Heaven's Pier in Where Winds Meet. During the quest, you meet an NPC who tells you about a treasure and promises to give you its location in exchange for Parting Tears. Completing the quest will give you several in-game rewards, such as Echo Jades, Coins, and Qinghe Exploration.

How to complete the A Foolproof Plan quest in Where Winds Meet

Use the Boundary Stone near the blacksmith in Heaven's Pier and head northwest to find an NPC named Shu Shu'er near the Peddler shop. He will tell you about the Killerblade's treasure and ask for one jar of Parting Tears in exchange for the treasure map.

You can find a jar of Parting Tears in the wine-making factory west of the Heaven's Pier Boundary Stone.

You can find another jar of Parting Tears on the corner seat at the restaurant near the river at Heaven's Pier.

Give Parting Tears to Shu Shu'er

Once you've got the Parting Tears, return to Shu Shu'er and give it to him to get the treasure map. However, instead of giving you the map, he will show you the bounty poster and run away.

Use the northwestern Boundary Stone in Heaven's Pier and go northwest to find Shu Shu'er begging for mercy from two NPCs near the river. Interact with them to save Shu. This will also complete the A Foolproof Plan quest.
