The penultimate race of the NASCAR season is upon us. The Playoff Chase is headed to Martinsville for the Xfinity 500, taking place on Sunday.
After months and months of anticipation, it's almost time to crown a Cup Series champion. Drivers will be looking forward to a calmer race at Martinsville after a chaotic stint at Talladega last weekend, which saw Kyle Larson take the checkered flag.
With a win in the YellaWood 500, Larson has boosted his lead to a staggering 73 points. If other drivers want to give themselves a chance in the Championship race, they'll have to make a big move in Virginia. Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell and Chase Briscoe are the next closest competitors.
