The action-thriller film Wildcat, directed by James Nunn (known for One Shot), is scheduled for release in the U.S. on November 25, 2025, in theaters and on digital. The film centers on an ex-black ops team that is forced to reunite for a desperate and dangerous heist.
They are forced to race against a tight 12-hour deadline to pull off the mission, pay a substantial ransom, and navigate lethal streets in the middle of a citywide riot to save the kidnapped eight-year-old daughter of their former commander. Wildcat features Kate Beckinsale, alongside Lewis Tan, Rasmus Hardiker, Alice Krige, Bailey Patrick, and Tom Bennett, among other actors.

The trailer for James Nunn’s action thriller opens with the main character, an ex-black ops agent, receiving a cold, urgent ransom demand for her kidnapped daughter. To get the child back, she reunites her old black ops team to carry out a desperate and elaborate plan to rob a rival gangster's high-security jewelry store.
The trailer is filled with explosive action, featuring a rapid countdown to a tactical breach, street fighting, high-speed driving, and frantic shootouts. It shows the team infiltrating the building, engaging in close-quarters combat.
Marc Goldberg, the CEO of Aura Entertainment, stated to Deadline that the film significantly advances the limits of the action genre. He stated:

Her early roles include the 1993 film version of Much Ado About Nothing and the critically praised TV film Cold Comfort Farm (1995), establishing her as an "English rose" in classic literary adaptations.
She solidified her status as a major action star as the vampire warrior Selene in the Underworld film series, starting in 2003. The British actress is also known for her award-winning performance in Love & Friendship (2016). More recently, she appeared in a British action thriller, Canary Black (2024).
