The 2026 World Cup of Darts has arrived, with 80 players from 40 countries participating during the four-day tournament.

England comes in as the favorite to win it all this year, as Luke Littler and Luke Humphries pair up to try and win the title, after an early exit in 2025.

There will be a lot of excitement around their opening match in the event, so let's take a look at who they'll play and when.

When do Luke Littler and Luke Humphries play for England at the 2026 World Cup of Darts?

Littler and Humphries represent #1 seed England, meaning they get a bye into the knockout round and won't have to compete in the group stage on Day 1 or 2.

The knockout round begins on Saturday, as there are two sessions, a morning one with four matches, and an evening one with four matches.

We won't know exactly when the two Lukes will begin their campaign at the event, but it's more than likely that it will come during Saturday's evening session (second round/round-of-16).

After the 12 group stage winners are determined, a draw will be held to see who England will play. That will take place on Friday evening, after the evening session/group stage is completed.

If all of the top four seeds with byes advance throughout the event, England would play Scotland in the semifinal and either the Netherlands or Northern Ireland in the final.
