What does the Mummy do in Grow a Garden?

Grow a Garden featured various Halloween-themed Pets during the Ghoul Garden Event. The Mummy was among the rarest of the event-specific companions, obtainable through the Spooky Chest as a Divine-rarity drop. This Pet has a special interaction with the Sarcophagus Cosmetic, using which it can grant weight bonuses to other Chest-specific Pets.

Unlike most Divine-rarity Pets, the Mummy only has a single ability, which triggers if you own the Sarcophagus cosmetic. The Sarcophagus cosmetic was available from the Devilish Decor during the Ghoul Garden Event. Unfortunately, it has since been rendered unobtainable, and its absence leaves the Mummy without any passives.

If you have the Sarcophagus, place it anywhere in your enclosure. The Mummy will enter it and apply a base weight bonus to any Pets obtained through Chests. This bonus ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 kgs, which is significant enough to impact the affected critter’s ability positively.

How to get

The Mummy was previously obtainable through the Spooky Chest. Spooky Chests were purchasable during the Ghoul Garden Event from the Spooky Seeds Shop. These reward boxes were priced at 30 Candy Corn, and from it, the Mummy had a 1% drop chance. However, since the Ghoul Garden Event has ended, the Spooky Chests can no longer be obtained. In turn, the Mummy has been rendered unobtainable through regular gameplay.

That said, it’s still possible to get the Mummy through trading. The challenging aspect of this acquisition method is finding someone willing to trade it away in exchange for something of equivalent value. You can post a trade request for the same on the official Discord server for trading safely and avoiding any unfair deals.

A trade can be started using a Trading Ticket, a special item found in the Gear Shop. Approach the opposing party and hold the E button to send a trading request. Once they accept, choose your respective items and go through the on-screen prompts to secure the trade. Once both parties hit the Accept button, the exchange will be completed, and the Mummy will be added to your inventory.
