Duke heads down to South Carolina when the No. 1 overall Blue Devils take on No. 16 seed Siena in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
The last time the two programs faced off was in 2015, with Duke coming out on top, 92-74. It's the first time they have met in the NCAA Tournament.
Duke is 32-2 this year thanks to the efforts of superstar Cameron Boozer, who leads the team in points, rebounds, and assists per game. Joining him are his brother, Cayden, and the likes of Isaiah Evans and Patrick Ngongba II.
Siena (23-11) placed third in the MAAC during the regular season and knocked off top-seeded Merrimack in the tournament final. Leading the team in points per game is Gavin Doty. Meanwhile, Justice Shoats leads in assists and steals.

The NCAA tournament game between Duke and Siena is set to tip off at 2:50 p.m. ET from Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
Duke has won the NCAA Tournament five times, last appearing in the finals in 2015. The Blue Devils made it to the Final Four in 2025.
It's the first NCAA Tournament appearance for Siena since 2010. The Saints attempt to become the third team in NCAA Tournament history to beat a No. 1 seed in the first round.

The 2026 Men's Final Four is set for April 4 and 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The semifinals will be played Saturday night and the national championship game is set for Monday night.
The home of the Indianapolis Colts previously hosted the event in 2010, 2015 and 2021 and is set to host again in 2029. Indianapolis previously hosted the Final Four at other facilities in 1980, 1991, 1997, 2000 and 2006.
Only Kansas City has been home to the Final Four more often (10 times), but the last one held there was in 1988.
