Eugene Hilton is hanging up his cleats.
You likely know him better as T.Y. -- yep, T.Y. Hilton is retiring after a lengthy NFL career that included a long, successful stint with the Indianapolis Colts.
Hilton announced the news in a post on his social media account on Wednesday.
He was originally a third-round pick by the Colts in the 2012 NFL Draft out of Florida International.
Hilton went on to make four Pro Bowls with the Colts.
His best season was 2016, when he had 91 catches for 1,448 yards.
He also had seasons with 1,345 yards, 1,270 yards, 1,124 yards and 1,083 yards.
In all, he played 10 years for the Colts and had 631 catches for 9,691 yards and 53 touchdowns.
He last played in the NFL in 2022 with the Dallas Cowboys, when he had seven catches for 121 yards.
Hilton hadn't officially retired, though, until now.

The 36-year old has finally made it official that he won't be making any comebacks.
"After an incredible journey, it's time for me to retire from the game of football and begin a new chapter," Hilton began his farewell message.
And maybe the last line will be the favorite of fans in Indy: "FOREVER A COLT."
That's how Hilton signed off on his career. It's certainly fitting.
