He then notched a runner-up finish at the French Open, before going on to lay claim to his maiden Wimbledon trophy.
After his triumphant outing at the ATP Finals, Jannik Sinner reflected on his rewarding year. The Italian highlighted that he felt like a ‘better player' than he was a season ago, saying,
“I feel to be a better player than last year, I think this is the most important. It's all part of the process. I always say and believe that if you keep working and trying to be a better player, the results, they're going to come. This year it was like this. Honestly, amazing season, no? Many, many wins, and not many losses. All the losses I had, I tried to see the positive thing and trying to evolve me as a player. I feel like or I felt like this happened in a very good way. I'm extremely happy with the season.”Jannik Sinner's 2025 also saw him become the youngest player in the history of the sport to reach the finals of all four Grand Slams as well as the ATP Finals in a single year. Other than him, the only two players to have achieved this feat are Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.
