Naomi Osaka and Taylor Townsend both had fine seasons, which they wrapped up with a vacation together. The duo is enjoying their downtime near a beach as they soak under the sun in a trip that finally made it out of the group chat.

Over the past few days, both tennis stars are regularly posting updates from their ongoing vacation. They summed up their trip in their latest joint Instagram post, which they captioned:

"When the trip makes it out of the groupchat ☺️💗"

The post comes with a video where the duo can be seen dancing and enjoying the fact that they were able to enjoy the trip to the fullest. It also had some quotes attached as overlay text as the video progressed.

"I'm having so much fun," Townsand began. "But we're just hanging out," Osaka replied. "Yeah but atleast we're together," Townsend added.

In the video, Townsend is relaxing in a black bikini while Osaka is wearing pink loungewear.

In their earlier vacation updates, the two tennis stars posted a video from a yacht, dancing together to a mash-up of 4 Non Blondes’ "What’s Up?" and Nicki Minaj’s "Beez in the Trap." The audio is part of a viral TikTok remix blending Linda Perry’s vocals with Minaj’s verses. There was also a clip where they went to jet-skiing together.

There are a lot of common factors between Naomi Osaka and Taylor Townsend. Both Americant tennis stars are mothers and have seen a reemergence in their form this season after pregnancy.

Osaka has a daughter, named Shai, born in July 2023. In an interview, Osaka revealed how tough it is to stay away from her two-year-old while on tours.

"My career requires me to travel for most of the year, which makes it tough when I have to be away from my daughter so frequently, but I've got such a great support system around," she told HELLO! "It takes a village, and I truly couldn't do it without mine."

Meanwhile, Taylor Townsend has a son, Adyn Aubrey Johnson (A.J.), who was born on March 14, 2021. She has also been open about the difficulty as a mother while being professionally active in tennis.

"I had to train, I had to gym, I had to do all these things and I have someone that was watching him, but I'm here, so how am I here? But I still don't feel like I'm spending time with [him]," Townsend said via Newsweek.

Both Naomi Osaka and Taylor Townsend are using this vacation to feed themselves some freshness before they get on the tour in 2026.
