New reports have surfaced about the mysterious concussion that Trevon Diggs suffered during the 2025 season with the Dallas Cowboys. He was placed on the injured reserve back in October before being activated ahead of their Week 16 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
According to reporter Jane Slater, Diggs suffered a concussion while trying to install a television from his mounted pole. However, Cowboys podcaster Dan Rogers came forward with new information that the cornerback allegedly injured himself while colliding with a stripper pole.
"This is the information we have been given from Cowboys insiders. ... Trevon Diggs didn't complete his rehab at the Cowboys facility. His mysterious concussion was initially kept a secret and may have resulted from colliding with a stripper pole. He was not activated from IR because he had poor practices and was not following the direction of the coaching staff.•

When questioned about the source of his information, Rogers shared a clip from Crown Global Media, where Bryan Broaddus shared these details.
"I think there was, clearly there was some off the field stuff, the whole concussion thing," Broaddus said. "You know, we're getting that, you know, there was all kinds of thoughts. Diggs came out, Jane Slater talking about a television pole and all that. There's more to this. "If that was the case, this is the thing I would like to say. If it was just was a televison pole , television accident, come out and say it. There might be some exotic dancers involved. We're hearing something with a different kind of pole involved there. You know, which is in itself just ridiculous to think about. ... So if you're getting concussed because of a stripper pole, something like that, then Jerry Jones, ... everybody's like, hey listen, they wanted Diggs to come out and say this. ... So there's all kinds of things floating."Trevon Diggs spent six seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. During the 2025 campaign, he tallied 25 total tackles and one tackle for loss in eight games. On Dec. 30, the Cowboys decided to release him, after which he was acquired off waivers by the Packers a day later.

Trevon Diggs had his first practice with his new team on Thursday. Later on, during his presser, the cornerback shared his honest thoughts on beginning a new journey after six years with the Cowboys.

Just starting over, starting fresh, a clean slate, and just working, and keeping my head down."After his release, Trevon Diggs decided to hire Micah Parsons' agent, David Mulugheta. The linebacker also left the Cowboys to join the Packers on a four-year, $188 million deal back in August.
