Tony Khan has just spoken about Jon Moxley's immediate future following his amazing performance at AEW Worlds End. He is set for a blockbuster contest tomorrow night on Dynamite.
During last weekend's pay-per-view, the Purveyor of Violence had arguably the best performance of the night as he won two major matches to win the Continental Classic and become the new Continental Champion, dethroning Kazuchika Okada. Despite being a heel for most of this year, he had earned the favor of the fans as they supported him after his monumental victory.
Tony Khan has just announced that tomorrow night at AEW Dynamite: New Year's Smash, Jon Moxley will face Josh Alexander in a Continental Eliminator match. This will have the usual Continental match rules, and Alexander can earn a future title shot with a win. This match comes following a brewing feud between the Death Riders and the Don Callis Family.

Jon Moxley is one of the workhorses in AEW, as he has not taken any time off despite being featured in several feuds and brutal matches throughout this year.
While appearing on the Takedown on SI, Tony Khan revealed that Mox was hurt to begin the year, but he immediately bounced back without needing to take some time off. He also mentioned how he suddenly got healthier and healthier as the weeks passed.
"Jon was pretty hurt at the start of the year," Khan said. "He was banged up, and he worked his way back in without ever taking time off.
