The Tennessee Titans are slated to have the No. 4 overall pick, and the team could take Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love with the selection.
If Tennessee selects Love with the fourth pick, Bleacher Report's Kristopher Knox believes Tony Pollard could emerge as a cut candidate.
"Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love looms as a sensible target for the Titans at No. 4 overall. If the Titans do scoop up Love, veteran Tony Pollard could be on the way out," Moton wrote.
Pollard has quietly been a productive playmaker for the Titans over the last two seasons, tallying over 1,000 rushing yards in 2024 and 2025.
The veteran isn't an elite running back, but Pollard is a solid starter who could help a few running back-needy teams, including the Seattle Seahawks and New York Giants.
Seattle has yet to effectively replace Kenneth Walker, who left in free agenct to the Kansas City Chiefs. Pollard would be a fantastic replacement for Walker and would form a nice duo with Zach Charbonnet when he's able to return from a torn ACL.
New York is slated to have Cam Skattebo as their starter at running back, and though he showed promise in his rookie year before going down with a season-ending injury, it would be wise for the Giants to add an experienced back to pair with him.
Pollard makes sense as a target for New York, as he would provide a boost to the Giants' rushing attack, along with Skattebo, and take some pressure off quarterback Jaxson Dart.
If the Titans decide to replace Pollard with Love, the former Dallas Cowboy could get cut by Tennessee and hit the free agent market. The Seahawks and Giants make sense as possible destinations, as Pollard would be fairly cheap to sign and would greatly help both teams' backfields.
