Tiffany Stratton has been out of action for several weeks after losing her Women's Championship to Jade Cargill at Saturday Night's Main Event back in November.
The former Women's Champion is expected to make her return at the upcoming Royal Rumble, but whilst she has been away from WWE, she has remained active online.
Stratton shared a video from behind the scenes of her spot from NXT Stand and Deliver from back in 2023. She noted that she almost broke her neck, and then on the show itself, all three women failed to catch her when she delivered a Swanton to the outside, which left her almost suffering from an injury since she landed on her head and neck.

Stratton has had a number of issues with high spots in recent months, with her landing awkwardly several times, and fans becoming increasingly worried about a potential neck injury.
Tiffany Stratton was Women's Champion for almost a year
Tiffany Stratton dominated the SmackDown Women's Division for almost a year after cashing in her Women's Money in the Bank contract back in January. She was able to defeat Nia Jax to become champion and reigned over her division for the next 10 months.
The former Women's Champion had already defeated Jade Cargill several times before her loss at Saturday Night's Main Event, which came as a shock to many fans. Stratton was injured going into the match, which gave Cargill an edge, and it could lead to a rematch when Buff Barbie is ready to make her return.
It will be interesting to see if Stratton waits till The Royal Rumble to return or if she targets Cargill ahead of the event and makes it clear that she is due a rematch for the title that she has made famous over the past year.
