NASCAR Truck Series driver Dawson Sutton secured a hometown victory at the All-American 400 held at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on November 9, 2025. Later, during a post-race interview with Matt Weaver, Sutton expressed his feelings on winning the Super Late Model race event.

The 19-year-old professional race car driver debuted in stock car racing in 2024. He joined Rackley W.A.R. and piloted the #26 and #25 Chevy for the team in the 2024 season and secured one top-five finish at Kansas Speedway in his rookie season. In 2025, Sutton landed a full-time seat in the #26 Chevy for the team and clinched a career-best finish at Talladega Superspeedway, earning a fourth-place finish.

Dawson had a dominant start at the All-American 400 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. He secured the pole position for the main event with a lap time of 18.182 seconds. Following that, Sutton clinched the victory after passing Cole Butcher on lap 209 of the 300-lap race and maintained his lead.

Recalling his victory at the All-American 400, the Truck Series driver expressed his feelings on winning and told Matt Weaver [00:08]:

"It's awesome! You know, this is the one that I always wanted to win the All American 400. So it's super cool. And it's a crown jewel, and we have a Derby coming up here in a few weeks. Yeah, having the car in one piece really does mean everything to me because this car's won three races in the last four races now. So it's really just a good piece, and I'm super thankful for all the fans that came out, my parents, and it's really cool to win here."

Dawson Sutton wrapped up the 2025 NASCAR Truck Series season in 18th place with 447 points. He secured one top ten finish at Texas Motor Speedway and one top five finish at Talladega Superspeedway. Additionally, Sutton had an average start of 18.4 and an average finish of 19.36 in 25 starts.

Jake Garcia opened up about his exit from the All-American 400

NASCAR Truck Series driver Jake Garcia's desire to add a second win at the All-American 400 was sabotaged on Friday. Garcia witnessed a broken left rear axle and had no backup car to compete, leading to his exit from the 300-lap race.

Following that, the Truck Series driver was featured in an interview with Steven Taranto and opened up about his early exit from the race:

"The left rear axle tube snapped in half. Turn into a corner, wheel, brakes, everything. Axel fell out, it landed in the woods and I was kind of along for the ride." "Yeah, it sucks. So this is what happens. I thought there was a lot of potential this weekend, but, you know, stuff like this happens in racing," he added.

Jake Garcia's fellow Truck Series driver Dawson Sutton won the 300-lap All-American 400 with a 1.179-second lead over Carson Brown. Also, the 2024 Craftsman Truck Series champion, Ty Majeski, competed in the race and secured a sixth-place finish.
