Follow these steps to access the Christmas Event:

Step 1: Unlock the Frostpire Island

The Christmas Event can only be accessed from the shores of Frostpire Island. To unlock this new location, you must reach EXP level 70 first. You can achieve this faster by completing the quests offered by the NPCs at the Forgotten Kingdom and Stonewake's Cross.

Step 2: Reach the Frostpire Island

Once you’ve reached EXP level 70 or above, move ahead to cast the spell and summon the Portal given by the Wizard NPC during the Tutorial quests. Next, interact with the Portal and choose the Frostpire Island. On clicking the "Teleport" button placed at the bottom right, you'll get teleported to a location where everything is covered with snow.

Remember that the Portal can only be summoned if you're outside the Cave.

Step 3: Access the Christmas Event

Upon spawning at the Frostpire Island, you have to turn around and head towards the dock. There you'll see a parked ship with a Christmas Tree and the Santa NPC sitting on a chair.

As you reach the Santa NPC and interact with him, he'll let you choose if you want to start solving quests or access the Christmas Shop.
