Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold did not play in his team's 16-9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 11 on Sunday, due to a concussion. However, the Arnold was furious with the referees for a controversial defensive pass interference (DPI) call on Detroit cornerback Rock Ya-Sin against Eagles wideout A.J. Brown in the final two minutes of the game at Lincoln Financial Field.

Although the play on the Eagles' 3rd and 8 appeared as if Ya-Sin had made a textbook stop, an official saw contact, and a yellow flag was thrown. Instead of a punt, the Eagles got a fresh set of downs, and Arnold expressed his frustrations via his Instagram story.

"Refs a joke man," Arnold wrote on his IG story on Sunday.

After the game, Lions coach Dan Campbell said he wouldn't look to have changed anything on the controversial play about Ya-Sin’s coverage of Brown.

“I thought he (Ya-Sin) played defense like he did the whole game,” Campbell said. “Played it like he played the very first rep that we played man to man, so I wouldn’t tell him to do anything different.”

The Eagels improved to an 8-2 record with their win on Sunday night. Meanwhile, the Lions dropped to third in the NFC North with a 6-4 record.

The Lions will face the New York Giants (2-9) in Week 12 of the 2025 season on Sunday. The game will kick off at 1 p.m. ET from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.

The Lions are still in contention to make the playoffs. However, they will need to post a few more wins to be sure of their postseason berth. Detroit will also hope to have Terrion Arnold healthy for a potential return to its defense for Sunday's game.

The Giants, on the other hand, have lost each of their past five games and are all but out of the playoff race.
