Teen busted for savage slashing of NYC mom on way to bus stop

A teenager was arrested Thursday over the savage stabbing of a Queens mom of three as she was walking to a bus stop near her home earlier this week, cops said.

Luis Emmanuel Valencia Ponce, 18, was charged with attempted murder and assault for the terrifying random attack in East Elmhurst early Monday, according to the NYPD.

The masked brute was allegedly caught on surveillance video stalking the victim, 29-year-old Lisette Ramales, as she headed to the bus stop at 23rd Avenue and 94th Street at about 6:30 a.m.
