Sophie Cunningham loves a revealing Game Day fit.
And her look for Saturday June 7’s game was no different. She stunned in a sheer black top that showed off her enviably sculpted abs, short shorts and high heels that flaunted her muscular, tanned legs. The gorgeous blonde posed before the game with her Indiana Fever teammate — and friend — Caitlin Clark, who dazzled in a sleeveless pantsuit with a small cut-out.
Neither professional athlete was able to play in the game against the Chicago Sky, Clark’s rival Angel Reese's team. Second-year Clark, 23, has been healing from a quad strain but is hoping to be back in the game soon.
Cunningham, 28, is still struggling with an injured right ankle but was able to at least practice with her teammates the previous Friday, according to a June 6 article in the Indianapolis Star. She wore a brace for her limited time on the court, said the outlet.
The Fever played the Sky in the team’s season opener. Clark was a huge part of the Indy’s team 93-58 May 17 win; the Fever still triumphed in her absence on June 7, however, winning 79-52.
Cunningham spent the first six years of her professional career with the Phoenix Mercury; the Fever traded for her in February.
Clark, Cunningham and teammate Lexie Hull have become so close that they’ve been nicknamed the “Tres Leches” by fans.
