Have you ever tried this one?
Sabrina Carpenter hit the Met Gala 2025 red carpet for the third time on Monday, channeling her typical Old-Hollywood glam in a stunning, burgundy bodysuit look, sans pants.
The Louis Vuitton outfit featured a stiff white collar, brass buttons and long suit tails, giving her a distinct look on the legendary carpet.
The “Espresso” singer, 25, embraced the Vogue fashion event’s theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” as she posed on the Metropolitan Museum of Art steps.

She accessorized with a Louis Vuitton flask, which she showed off on Instagram ahead of the red carpet, as well as simple earrings and a seductive anklet.
Plus, the pint-sized pop star sported a voluminous head of her signature blond curls by Evanie Frausto.
Carpenter identified the designer as Louis Vuitton during Vogue’s livestream of the event, quipping, “he was like, ‘you’re quite short, so no pants for you.'”
Carpenter was reticent to show off the leggy look too soon — she was spotted exiting The Mark hotel in an oversized fur-look coat prior to the event.

At last year’s star-studded evening, Carpenter channeled the night’s “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” theme with a Cinderella-esque ensemble from Oscar De La Renta — while then-boyfriend Barry Keoghan played her counterpart, looking ever the prince in an outfit inspired by the character of Count Axel in J.G. Ballard’s short story “The Garden of Time.”
The custom gown featured a strapless velvet curve-hugging bodice, and a billowing blue and white satin skirt complete with an extravagant train.
She spruced up her look with dozens of diamonds throughout her large statement necklace, sparkling tennis bracelet and dangly earrings.
She wore cool-toned makeup and icy blond hair to match, which her hairstylist Laurie Heaps exclusively told Page Six Style wasn’t so easy to achieve.
“The most challenging look to execute was her blond for the Met Gala,” Heaps said. “Achieving that icy blond tone while maintaining the hair’s health required precise planning and the right products to keep her hair strong and vibrant.”
While the “Please Please Please” singer skipped out on the 2023 Met ball, she made her debut in 2022 wearing a blinged-out, two-piece gold gown designed by Julien Dossena at Paco Rabanne.
Carpenter is definitely working late to achieve these glamorous Met Gala looks.
