Ravens fans will love John Harbaugh's 'big picture' comments ahead of Week 12

The Baltimore Ravens continued on their winning ways against the Cleveland Browns to move to 5-5 and be in a good position for an attack on the AFC North and postseason.

But make no mistake, the job isn't done.

Still with a handful of games left, and an uphill climb to maintain the current momentum, Baltimore is doing its best not to look ahead to the playoffs, because that is when trouble starts.

For head coach John Harbaugh, he knows the big picture but wants to keep his focus on the now.

"Good win and we're focusing on the next challenge, which will be the Jets on Sunday,” Harbaugh said. “Very important game again and opportunity to get above 500 and keep in the hunt for the division title. We're a game behind there. That's the big picture, but the focus is on preparing for the next game.”

Ravens can't overlook Jets in Week 12

Most will be forgiven for thinking the Ravens should steamroll the New York Jets, but we only have to look to last week and the Buffalo Bills' loss to the Miami Dolphins to see that no opponent should be taken lightly.

With Tyrod Taylor named the starter and Justin Fields benched, the Ravens will be facing a veteran quarterback who can make things happen for his team - that's a danger.

But the Ravens should be taking care of business, but as Harbaugh states, the focus is on the next game, not the big picture.

Beat the Jets, and the playoff picture becomes a little clearer.

But lose, and things can quickly spiral out of control.

It's a delicate balancing act for the Ravens, and it's one they must get right in Week 12.
