Real-life Bloodline member Zilla Fatu shared a heartbreaking social media update. The 26-year-old is the son of late WWE Superstar Umaga.

The HOG Crown Jewel Champion recently posted a video of himself sitting inside a car on Instagram stories. Fatu looked very emotional and could be seen wiping tears off his eyes. He added a broken heart emoji and asked his followers to pray for him.

"💔 Pray 4 me," he wrote.

Although he did not mention exactly what he was so emotional about, it has been a rough month for Zilla Fatu. On December 18, he posted a social media update to inform about the passing of a family member. The following week, he shared another heartbreaking post, this time around stating that he really hoped his father was there.

It has been tough even for his in-ring character. At HOG Winter Warfare, Fatu and real-life Bloodline member Lance Anoa'i challenged The Hardys for the HOG Tag Team Championship. In a shocking turn of events, Anoa'i betrayed Fatu and floored him with a spear, allowing the champions to retain the gold.

Irrespective of the reason behind his grief, Sportskeeda Wrestling sends prayers and best wishes to Zilla Fatu.

A WWE legend recently praised Zilla Fatu

Wrestling veteran Matt Hardy spoke very highly of Fatu on a recent edition of his The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast.

The 51-year-old claimed that The Main One has the potential to be a big star. Hardy referred to the latter as the future of professional wrestling and compared him with the likes of Jacob Fatu. The veteran praised the 4th Rope Heavyweight Champion for his in-ring ability.

"I think Zilla [Fatu] has the potential to be a very, very big star. When I say that he is going to be the future of wrestling, he lines up with the Samoans like Jacob Fatu and everybody else. Yes, he has that potential... The intensity, the athleticism. He’s built like a brick s**thouse but he can move, and he can dive over the top rope. He can jump, just very athletic. He has the Samoan genes, no doubt about it," Matt said. [H/T 411 Mania]

It remains to be seen if and when Zilla Fatu makes his highly anticipated WWE debut.
