The process of collecting Gingerbread is different for Survivors and Killers. Survivors can collect them off the ground in random spawn locations across the map. Picking Gingerbread off the ground gives you up to three at once, with a maximum collection cap of 24 Gingerbread per match. Killers, on the other hand, can earn anywhere between two and 20 Gingerbread by killing Survivors.

Unlocking Conductor Noli is a lengthy process, so it will take quite a bit of grinding to earn enough Gingerbread for the same.
