Chicago Bears fans experienced a collective scare on Sunday. Caleb Williams limped to the locker room after taking a hit on the game's final play before intermission. The quarterback showed signs of pain in his left leg.
Watching the QB struggling to walk sent Bears fans into panic mode despite the team's dominant first half against Cleveland.

"Don't like seeing that!" another fan said.The hit came from Browns linebacker Carson Schwesinger on a lateral play as time expired in the second quarter. Williams got a pass away to Luther Burden before absorbing the contact and hopping toward the tunnel without assistance.
Chicago's situation made the injury scare worse. Backup quarterback Tyson Bagent was already ruled out with an illness, and veteran Case Keenum was the only other option ready to go.

His play before the scare was impressive. The rookie completed 12 of 18 passes for 190 yards with a scoring throw to DJ Moore. His passer rating was 120.1 heading into the break.
Luther Burden hauled in five catches for 78 yards as Chicago's top target. Tight end Colston Loveland caught three passes for 54 yards. D'Andre Swift added a rushing score from six yards out as the Bears seized control against a Cleveland team that managed just 57 yards.
