Philadelphia 76ers continue to look like a good bet in the Eastern Conference

The Philadelphia 76ers have gone streaking! Not quite like Frank The Tank from the legendary film Old School, who went through the quad and into the gymnasium asking Snoop Dogg to bring his green hat.

But nonetheless, the 76ers have won four straight games, getting their fourth straight win Monday night out in L.A. against Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers.

Philadelphia is out West for a five game road trip that started Monday night, so for Sixers and Sixers fans, the win was important not only to keep the streak alive, but to start things off out West with a win.

This Los Angeles Clippers team also entered Monday night playing great basketball as of late, winners in 8 of their last 10 games, drastically turning things around since their 6-21 start to this NBA season. The Clippers current record sits at 23-26 after their home loss to the 76ers.

The 76ers were previously highlighted as a good bet to win the East not only because of their recent play and success on the floor thus far, but the timing of their schedule.

If they could set themselves up nicely before heading out for this road trip, it felt like we could see them really string together a bunch of wins and climb up the standings. Now, after getting their 4th straight win Monday, it looks like they have positioned themselves nicely to keep this streak alive.

It's too early to to count the chickens before they hatch, and it's certainly not time to tell Snoop Dogg to bring his green hat just yet, but keep that bad boy close by in case of an emergency.
