The Denver Broncos have another injury concern in the first half, this time with cornerback Pat Surtain II.
Surtain was shaken up in the first quarter during the Bills' first offensive series of the game. It remains unclear exactly what he's dealing with as of this writing.

Surtain was escorted off the field by trainers and is now in the medical tent getting checked out. He appeared to be favoring his right arm/shoulder.
