Novak Djokovic couldn't help but share how amazed he was by Stefanos Tsitsipas' skills behind the camera after the Greek posted some captivating pictures from his recent trip to Namibia. Photography happens to be one of Tsitsipas' passions outside of tennis, and the highlights from his Namibia trip once again reflected how he can work magic with a camera in his hands, just as he can with a racket.
On Sunday, December 28, Tsitsipas, the World No. 36 in men's singles tennis, took to his Instagram and shared a post consisting of 18 pictures from his humbling visit to Namibia, a country full of raw and natural beauty in southern Africa. Moved by how little the people there need to go about their lives happily and without complaint, the former No. 3 and 12-time career singles titlist captioned the post:
"Namibia reminds you how little you need to feel complete."Clearly impressed by the breathtaking pictures of the Namibian landscapes and people Stefanos Tsitsipas captured, former World No. 1 and 24-time Major champion Novak Djokovic entered the comments section and wrote:
"Wow 🤩 amazing photos"

Later, in early November, the Serb took part in the inaugural ATP 250 Hellenic Championship in Athens, with the tournament being a direct replacement of the ATP 250 event that was previously held in the Serbian capital of Belgrade.
In Athens, the 38-year-old clinched the 101st singles title of his career after defeating Lorenzo Musetti in the final. Following the result, local hero Stefanos Tsitsipas joined the Serb and the Italian on the court and subsequently, the Greek took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared a playful post celebrating the former No. 1's Athens success.
"Meet your new History teacher. Today, we’ll study Djokovic 101," Tsitsipas wrote. The post drew quite a few giggles, particularly from the Serb's wife Jelena. It was also indicative of the mutual respect that the ATP Tour rivals share. The Serb and the Greek have faced each other on 14 occasions so far, with the former leading the head-to-head 12-2.
