tvN’s Nice to Not Meet You returned with episodes 13 and 14 on December 22 and 23, 2025, continuing its regular Monday-Tuesday slot at 8:50 pm KST. The drama is now heading toward its conclusion, with episodes 15 and 16 scheduled to air on December 29 and 30. It features Lee Jung-jae, Lim Ji-yeon, Kim Ji-hoon, and Seo Ji-hye in lead roles.

Nice to Not Meet You follows Im Hyun-jun, a celebrated actor who feels trapped by typecast roles and longs for work that carries deeper meaning. His carefully controlled world shifts when he meets Wi Jung-sin, a veteran political reporter unexpectedly reassigned to the entertainment beat.


What to expect in the final episodes of Nice to Not Meet You:

The final episodes of Nice to Not Meet You promise heightened tension and suspense as the stakes rise for both Im Hyun-jun and Wi Jung-sin. Gwan Se-na is seen urging someone to get a document published.

Meanwhile, Jung-sin receives a significant clue in his ongoing investigation, potentially bringing him closer to exposing Chairman Lee’s schemes. Lee meanwhile confronts Im Hyun-jun in a closed-door meeting without his manager present and threatens him. This makes Hyun-jun realize Jung-sin is in grave danger.

At the same time, Wi Jung-sin senses an immediate threat to her safety. Upon returning home, she becomes aware of the danger surrounding her, a suspicion that is confirmed when a man approaches her with an electric taser, signaling that her life may be at risk.

The upcoming episodes are expected to center on how Hyun-jun and Jung-sin confront Chairman Lee’s dangerous schemes, while also uncovering the fate of their own relationship and shedding light on the dynamics between Yun Hwa-yong and Ju Jae-hyeong.


Nice to Not Meet You episodes 13–14 recap: Im Hyun-jun asks Wi Jung-sin on 10 dates as Chairman Lee's threats looms

Episode 13 of Nice to Not Meet You opens with Wi Jung-sin supports Im Hyun-jun, helping him recover quickly from the panic attack. After thanking her, Hyun-jun leaves to address matters his mother has managed.

Later, reflecting on Hyun-jun’s confession, Jung-sin consults Yun Hwa-yong, asking whether a relationship between a celebrity and an ordinary person can work. Yun understands what she is talking about and later encourages Hyun-jun to reassure her of his feelings.

Meanwhile, Jung-sin uncovers a lead in her investigation, taking her to the Hyun-jun's agency King’sback. She warns the company head CEO Hwang about Chairman Lee’s financial involvement and the risks it poses.

Hyun-jun intervenes the meeting and trying to impress her, gives Jung-sin his upcoming episodes' scripts. Hyun-jun continues to show concern and repeatedly expresses his feelings to assure her, leaving her flustered.

Hyun-jun later invites Jung-sin’s brother, Wi Hong-sin to dinner at his home. CEO Hwang and younger brother Im Seon-u are also present. Hyun-jun gifts Hong-sin expensive clothes and cooks for him to impress him.

Over drinks, he confesses his feelings for Jung-sin. The brothers are thrilled at the prospect of becoming family. To help Hyun-jun, Hong-sin pretends to be drunk and calls his sister. When she arrives Hyun-jun seizes the moment to confess again, and asks her out on 10 dates which she agrees to.

The following day, CEO Hwang refuses to sign documents under pressure from Chairman Lee’s office, leading to his dismissal and loss of ownership. Disturbed, the CEO Hwang consults Hyun-jun and the two decide to call Jung-sin to meet them.

Meanwhile, Yun Hwa-yong reveals to Jung-sin the depth of Chairman Lee’s operations and warns her life is at risk. She explains that Ju Jae-hyeong has lost his football career due to an accident orchestrated by his own brother, Chairman Lee’s influence.

She advises Jung-sin to stay alert. Later Yun also informs Ju Jae-hyeong making him shocked. She further asks him to help Jung-sin to publish her article about Lee to stop him.

On her way home, Jung-sin is confronted by Chairman Lee, who threatens her to stop the investigation. She refuses, and he warns that anyone who comes in his way gets eliminated. Jung-sin still stay firm not showing him how terrified she becomes after hearing him.

She later meets Hyun-jun and CEO Hwang and explains that Chairman Lee has used Finance Ministry connections to acquire a huge deal and huge amount of money. He buys companies like King’sback to show his black money legal and because he now needs money, he is now selling them.

She instructs them to secure all documents from King’sback’s office. Attempting to retrieve them, when Jung-sin and the manager reaches King’sback, they are blocked by goons.

They call Hyun-jun to inform this and he rushes to King’sback. The director of the series notices him leaving and follows him with the production crew.

Hyun-jun is initially overwhelmed by the goons, but soon the action team intervenes and together they defeat the goons. Jung-sin and CEO Hwang following that successfully retrieve the documents while Hyun-jun returns to set to complete the day’s scenes.

Afterward, Hyun-jun takes Jung-sin to the filming site of his first movie. They discuss recent events and his journey into acting, including his show Detective Kang Pil-goo.

Hyun-jun admits being tired being typecast because of the role, but Jung-sin reminds him of his character’s impact, motivating him to continue. They share a meal, and later watch the premiere of the show together with their brothers.

A few days after the premiere, ratings of show fall way below of the expectations. The production company and Hyun-jun hold a press conference to boost viewership.

During the event, the discussion turns to Hyun-jun’s personal life. A reporter asking about Hyun-jun’s past relationships asks if the person he is now interested in is present.

The host of the event objects to personal questions, but Hyun-jun decides to answer. Looking straight at Jung-sin he confirms that the person he is interested in is indeed present at the event. Episode 14 of Nice to Not Meet You ends with this.
