Naomi Osaka serves major style in aqua mini dress ahead of US Open

Naomi Osaka is already causing a stir ahead of her first-round US Open match next week. 

The tennis star wowed fans in an aqua-blue De La Vali Eulalia chiffon mini dress she shared on Instagram on Aug. 27. The four-time Grand Slam champion paired the look with fuzzy matching aqua-blue open-toe Bottega Veneta Cozy mules and a burgundy saddle shoulder bag that she decorated with matching floral charms that hung from her purse. 

To add to her look, she held a pair of dark blue tennis rackets and styled her hair in criss-cross stitch patterned braids. For her backdrop during her shoot, she posed in front of a pizzeria, leaned on stadium stairs, and was seen exiting a black SUV. 

Fans in the comment section praised Osaka's latest fashion look.

"YOU BETTER GIVE US FASHION," fitness influencer Kayla Nicole wrote in the comment section.

"She is not playing with yallllllll" another fan commented.

She even got an approved look from fellow tennis star Taylor Townsend, who wrote, "Cuttttteeeeeeee," alongside fire and red heart emojis.

Osaka is known for her off-court and on-court style. She shared during a Wimbledon press conference back in June how important her style is to her. The two-time US Open champion turned heads with her white Japanese ceremonial dress that she wore ahead of her match against Elsa Jacquemot on Monday, June 29. 

"I feel like I'm a lot more equipped to talk about my clothes than to talk about my tennis. It's strange because I've been playing tennis for 20-something years, but some days I don't feel like an expert on it. But if we were to talk about my outfit, I feel like I could keep going on and on and on," she said in June. "But I find it really fun that people care and people are doing like these deep dives into the fabric and the making of stories, so I don't mind."

Fans will get to see her on-court style when Osaka faces Anastasia Zakharova in her first-round US Open match on Aug. 31.
