Making bases in Minecraft is one of the most popular activities because it allows players to push their creativity to new lengths. From making their first small mud huts to massive castles with towers, the blocky world has everything one needs to create beautiful bases. However, there are some builders who show off their insane designing and building skills to make every other build feel inferior.
A Minecraft player, u/stingerized, posted a video on the game’s subreddit showing how they blew up a mountain and the caves inside it and then reworked the entire area to transform it into a magnificent base.
The video is over three-minutes long and every frame of it shows the beautifully-designed cave with lanterns, greenery, and a complicated network of stairs and platform. The original poster mentioned that there was a river on the side as well.
u/AkumaNoAkuma said that the base was made beautifully and asked what resource packs were used in the clip. The original poster replied that they used a mix of NAPP and other foliage resource packs. Most of the blocks are default ones as well.
u/WomeyIGuess asked whether it was made in Survival mode or Creative mode. The original poster replied that they made it in Creative mode because they did not have the time or health to do all of this in Minecraft Survival mode.
Creating such a massive structure after one has cleared out an entire mountain would be extremely tedious in Survival mode.

The original poster answered saying that when a project takes a long time, one memorizes all the different parts of it. Once that happens, the entire process goes smoothly with a flow. They explained that the building process is very similar to doing other creative tasks such as painting, writing songs, etc.

A Minecraft player made an LLM model in the game (Image via YouTube/sammyuri)Talented builders have shown how the simple blocks available in the game can be used to create magnificent structures. Players have made massive castles inspired by both real and fictional worlds, such as the castle of Winterfell from A Game of Thrones series or the Shiganshina District from the popular anime series Attack on Titan.
However, things get even more interesting and complicated when the redstone item is involved in the builds. Redstone engineers have created complex computers, machines, and even a ChatGPT-like LLM model in the game that works.
