Min Woo Lee has been off-season since the conclusion of the 2025 Crown Australian Open two weeks ago. He started his time off from playing the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour by undergoing a medical procedure.

The professional golfer made the announcement through a post on his Instagram profile that had his signature humor incorporated into it. Lee shared a few pictures of his face being swollen after having surgery to have his wisdom teeth removed.

In the caption, he joked about becoming the fourth member of Alvin and the Chipmunks. Taking a spin on his famously earned Dr. Chipinski nickname, Min Woo Lee wrote (via Instagram @minwoo27lee):
