Becky Lynch has been adamant that she never tapped out in the match where she lost her WWE title to Maxxine Dupri earlier this year. Even though she is on film tapping, the star has said that she was actually waving to the audience.

Becky Lynch has been forced to tap out again

Now though, even though she was not part of a match, the star has tapped out again. It seems unlikely that she will be happy about this with the fact that she has been wanting a match against Maxxine Dupri so she can get back her title. Rather, she has been focused on making sure that Maxxine is stripped of the title given the "unfair" means that was used in her win.

She lost ground on that tonight.

Lynch returned on the taping for the December 22 WWE RAW tonight after her absence recently. She wasted no time in making sure that fans and everyone else knew that she was the rightful champion, and started to accuse Adam Pearce, the referee Jessica Carr, Maxxine Dupri, and everyone else.

However, she did not get long to enjoy the proceedings as Dupri decided to come out and interrupt her immediately. She was attacked by Lynch, but this turned out to be a poor decision on the part of the former Intercontinental Champion.

Dupri was immediately able get the advantage and forced the former champion to tap out yet again. She was forced to retreat soon after and was left very unhappy and shouting about it.

Becky Lynch vs Maxxine Dupri happening on the first WWE RAW of 2026

The two will now be facing each other in a title match soon as the rivalry between them has picked up in a big way.

At every step, Maxxine Dupri has had Becky Lynch's number so far, it remains to be seen if she can do that again when they face each other on the first WWE RAW of the new year.
