There has been an unfortunate update about a popular WWE Superstar today. The veteran has suffered an injury and will not be able to continue on the promotion's tour.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, Michin (Mia Yim) has suffered a shoulder injury and has been pulled from WWE's tour. The veteran battled Jade Cargill for the WWE Women's Championship at a live event in Pittsburgh on December 27 but failed to capture the title. The report noted that Michin will be replaced in her matches with Cargill for the remainder of the tour.

The 36-year-old shared a cryptic update on Instagram earlier this week and noted that her holiday tour would be coming to an end early. Michin has never won a title during her time in the company. Chelsea Green defeated her to become the inaugural Women's United States Champion in December 2024.

Green has since won the title for a second time and is the reigning Women's United States Champion on SmackDown. Jade Cargill turned heel earlier this year and defeated Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Night's Main Event on November 1 to become WWE Women's Champion.

Michin sends a message ahead of WWE SmackDown

Michin sent a message ahead of this week's edition of SmackDown and outlined her goals for next year.

The veteran took to social media today to note that 2025 was a rollercoaster, but she was looking forward to next year. Yim shared that she had a lot of goals to accomplish in 2026, and you can check out her message in the post below.

"2025 has been a rollercoaster but I’m ready to ride into 2026 up and up! Lots of goals and accomplishments to fulfill!" she wrote.

Jade Cargill sent a warning to the locker room today and suggested that nobody on the roster was going to be able to stop her. It will be interesting to see how much time Yim will miss going forward and if 2026 will be a better year for the popular star.
