LSU legend Joe Burrow reportedly dating model he hired as employee a year ago

The Cincinnati Bengals' duo of Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase is undoubtedly one of the most dangerous in the league, yet the team continues to neglect building a defense to support them. Just last season, Burrow came close to throwing for 5,000 passing yards, but Cincinnati still failed to make the playoffs.

Speculation is growing that Burrow may eventually request a trade—especially if the team continues to squander the prime years of his career. The Bengals are attempting to satisfy everyone this offseason, but doing so could mean parting ways with key players like Trey Hendrickson. Colin Cowherd believes that if things don’t improve, Burrow will leave Cincinnati.

“I absolutely think at some point, he'll demand to be traded. I really believe that,” Cowherd said on his show. “It’s very hard to miss the playoffs when you have a great quarterback… So the Bengals had the quarterback who led the NFL in passing touchdowns and passing yards, and they missed the playoffs.”

Meanwhile, an interesting development has emerged regarding Burrow's personal life—he is now reportedly dating his employee, model Olivia Ponton.

“Bengals star QB Joe Burrow and model Olivia Ponton are reportedly officially dating. Ponton has been legally listed as an employee of Burrow for around a year,” Dov Kleiman wrote.

While the relationship is now official, fans first speculated they were a couple after Ponton called the police when Burrow’s house was broken into during the regular season.

“Someone broke into my house,” Ponton said. “It’s like completely messed up.”

The burglary occurred during a period when multiple professional athletes’ homes were being targeted. Ponton happened to be working that night but was fortunately unharmed. It’s still unclear what her professional role with Burrow entails, but their connection appears to have shifted from a working relationship to a romantic one.
