Lane Kiffin's son, Knox Kiffin, is a promising quarterback in the 2028 class. Knox recently revealed his top three potential landing spots.

"If you're wondering about my Top 3. Put Oregon in there. Dan Lanning, great coach. Nest jerseys in the nation. Gotta go with Florida. Good stadium, jerseys... Then I feel like LSU's up there now." said Knox Kiffin.

Lane Kiffin caught wind of his son's choices and proceeded to drop a bombshell.

"Welp, you can take LSU off that list now, son," wrote Lane Kiffin on his Instagram stories.

Kiffin recently took over the LSU Tigers head coach job after six seasons with the Ole Miss Rebels. He's currently assembling his playing roster, and doesn't seem to be enthused with being the third choice on his son's wish list.

However, there's a good chance that Lane Kiffin is trolling the internet. He could be doing some major work behind the scenes to ensure his son plays in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Lane Kiffin's son, Knox Kiffin is in high demand

Knox Kiffin might be fresh off his sophomore season, but that hasn't stopped collegiate heavyweights from circling his signature. Lane Kiffin's son already has an impressive array of offers.

According to Sports Illustrated, Knox Kiffin currently holds nine scholarship offers: namely, Arkansas State, East Carolina, Florida International, Georgia State, Murray State, Sacramento State, SMU, Western Kentucky and Washington. The Huskies are the highest-profile team to offer the promising shot caller a scholarship.

Knox's dad, Lane Kiffin, was a quarterback back in the day. He occupied the QB2 spot behind David Carr during his time with Fresno State. He has since gone on to become one of the most sought-after head coaches in football.

It's a dream for most parents to have their sons play for them. However, Kiffin will be taking great care to let his son thrive without undue pressure to feature for the LSU Tigers. He's still some years away from tearing up the collegiate level.
