Knicks’ Josh Hart tries to solve starting issues by playing a new video game

Josh Hart might not even start Game 3.

That's the rumor going around ahead of the New York Knicks' playoff matchup in Indiana. The Knicks need a spark, and the speculation is that Mitchell Robinson might take over Hart's starting spot with New York facing a 2-0 series deficit.

Hart doesn't seem all that bothered.

He was asked by reporters how he spent his off-day on Saturday, and turns out, he had a controller in his hands.

"I just started a MyPlayer on The Show yesterday," Hart said of the MLB video game. "I was grinding. I'm in Triple-A right now."

Good work by Hart, already earning that initial promotion after that game mode starts your individual player character in Double-A.

Knicks fans will hope Hart brings that same grind mentality to the court on Sunday night.

He usually does, but so far this series, it hasn't worked for Hart or the rest of New York's starting five.

Maybe Hart will come off the bench this time around. As long as he comes in the game swinging, the Knicks will have a chance.
