Liverpool boss Arne Slot has offered his view on which 2024/25 result convinced him over his chance to win the Premier League title.
The Dutch coach powered his team over the line in the final weeks of the campaign as their title rivals fell away.
Despite missing out on the chance to win other trophies, a second EPL crown in five years is a fine achievement at Anfield, made even more impressive by Slot doing inside his first 12 months on Merseyside.
Liverpool signed off on the season with a scrappy 1-1 home draw against FA Cup winners Crystal Palace.
The Reds were not at their razor-sharp best against the Eagles as talisman Mohmed Salah snatched a point with his 29th league goal of the campaign.
Liverpool fans have created a catalogue of memories from this title win but Slot has a special Old Trafford themed memory on his mind.

Arne Slot reveals which game convinced him of Liverpool's title destiny
Liverpool hit the ground running from the start of the campaign with three wins in Slot's opening three matches in the EPL.
However, it was a dominant 3-0 win on the road at Manchester United that turned Slot into a believer, as his team cruised past Erik ten Hag's hosts.
Jurgen Klopp built up a dominant record against Liverpool's fiercest foes, and Slot took up the mantle instantly, as two goals from Luis Diaz and one Salah sealed victory in Manchester.
"Thinking we would be part of it came early in the season after the United win in September. Before that we played good teams, but to beat them 3-0 in their stadium when we expected them to be top six, it was 'OK we can compete for the league this season," as per quotes from BBC Sport.

"Then after Man City away [which Liverpool won 2-0 in February] it was really a moment where I thought it was going to be difficult for other teams to end up above us."
With no FIFA Club World Cup on the horizon for Slot and Liverpool, his squad now head off on their summer break, with major transfers already in the works including a club record deal for Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz.
