Roger Goodell and the NFL are under fire following an entertaining weekend of football. Several teams entered Week 17 with hopes to keep their playoff and divisional title chances alive for the season finale, but only one achieved the goal.
The Minnesota Vikings' Christmas win over the Detroit Lions ended the Lions' chances of advancing to the playoffs. The Houston Texans' Saturday win over the LA Chargers on Sunday eliminated the Indianapolis Colts from playoff contention.
In contrast, the Baltimore Ravens beating down the Green Bay Packers (41-24) allowed them to enter Week 18 with chances of taking the Pittsburgh Steelers down and winning the AFC North title. The Steelers only needed to beat the 3-12 Cleveland Browns to advance to the postseason.

Pat McAfee's co-host, Anthony DiGuilio, also known as "Tone Digz," claimed there was something shady behind the Browns' win. He accused Goodell of rigging the game so the NFL can have a Steelers-Ravens winner-takes-all game on Sunday night.

The Steelers entered the game on a three-game winning streak, beating strong opponents such as the Ravens, the Miami Dolphins and the Detroit Lions. The Browns had won only three games this season, and the Steelers were clear favorites.
