Josh Bell's wife Arlia hilariously reacts to the All-Star slugger's $7M Twins move

Though the 2025 season was one to forget for the Washington Nationals, Josh Bell enjoyed a solid season on an individual level. The veteran ended the campaign with a .237 batting average, 22 home runs and 63 RBIs.

Having entered free agency after the season concluded, Bell is now set to move north to Minnesota, having signed a one-year, $7 million deal to join the Twins.

On Monday, MLB's official Instagram handle posted to inform fans of Bell's move.

"Twins, 1B/DH Josh Bell agree to 1-year deal, per multiple reports including MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand," the post was captioned.

Shortly after, Josh Bell's wife, Arlia Duarte, shared the same post to her story, as she humorously reacted to her husband's latest move.

"*adds another new address to our Amazon account*" Arlia Duarte captioned her story.

Since making his big league debut in July 2016, Bell has represented six different franchises, with the Twins being his seventh. After beginning his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, Bell has since gone on to represent the Washington Nationals, San Diego Padres, Cleveland Guardians, Miami Marlins and Arizona Diamondbacks.

In terms of individual awards and honors, Bell has an All-Star selection to his name, which he earned in 2019. He also won a Silver Slugger award in 2022.

For anyone associated with the Washington Nationals, the 2025 season was an extremely disappointing one, as the team finished bottom of the NL East with a 66-96 record, failing to make it to the postseason for the sixth consecutive season.

Though things did not go to plan on the field, 2025 was an extremely special year for Josh Bell and his family, as the veteran and his better half, Arlia Duarte, welcomed their third child together, a daughter named Ari Jude, in late April.

Having tied the knot in July 2021, Josh and Arlia are also proud parents to two other daughters, Noa Marie, born 2021 and Liv Jordan, born 2023.
