"It was very much sink or swim" - WWE champion had to perform at a certain level because of Mandy Rose

Mandy Rose was the leader of the Toxic Attraction stable in WWE NXT, which consisted of Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin. Jayne opened up about performing at a certain level while being paired with Rose.

Jayne is the reigning NXT Women's Champion and is the leader of her own faction, Fatal Influence. The group currently consists of Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.

Speaking on The Takedown on SI, Jayne claimed to be a quick learner and adapted quite fast.

"I was learning. I was like a sponge just absorbing everything," she explained. "I feel like if I didn't have Toxic Attraction, my journey probably would have been a lot harder. I feel like being with Mandy, it kind of brought me up to a level, like I had to perform at a certain level, it was no like, 'Oh, it was okay.' Like no, 'You have to be main even level because that's where we want to place you right now.' So it was very much sink or swim. But, I learned really fast, and again, adaptability." Jacy Jayne on Mandy Rose possibly returning to WWE

Jacy Jayne talked about the possibility of Mandy Rose returning to WWE. Rose departed the company after losing the NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez in 2023.

Speaking on the Ten Count Media, the reigning NXT Women's Champion had this to say about Mandy Rose:

“Yeah, probably. I feel like you said, everybody eventually makes their way back here. Like I know Mandy. I feel like she would come back. If the opportunity was right, the story was right, all the stars aligned, yes, for sure,”

After signing with the WWE, Jayne formed a tag team with Gigi Dolin. The duo became two-time NXT Women's Tag Team Champions before going their separate ways. Jayne eventually became a singles star and is currently the top star in the NXT women's division.
