Aaron Rodgers was once the new kid on the block, and Brett Favre was the grizzled veteran fans would poke fun at and otherwise brace for the end of his career. Now, about two decades later, fans are once again reacting to an older quarterback facing older quarterback problems.
Rodgers appeared to wake up healthy on Sunday, but he seemingly suffered an injury before heading into the contest against the Indianapolis Colts. CBS Cameras via Ari Meirov on X appeared to catch Rodgers reacting like he had injured his hand in warmups. The quarterback appeared to be frustrated, and fans reacted in droves.

More fans reacted to Rodgers' injury. Some showed sympathy, while some did not.
"Poor Gramps," one said. "Already looking for excuses," another said. "Man that must be so infuriating if you’re Rodgers," one posted.Rodgers woke up on Sunday with the hopes of upsetting the 7-1 Indianapolis Colts, overcoming a two-game losing streak that had helped bring back the AFC North competition to life. The Colts had only lost to Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams this season.
Aaron Rodgers' production stays intact in spite of ongoing losing streak

Aaron Rodgers threw for six touchdowns and two interceptions in his two losses to the Cincinnati Bengals and Packers.
In addition, he continued a string of 100+ passer ratings dating back to Sept. 28. In total, the quarterback has thrown for 16 touchdowns and five interceptions, with four of the five interceptions coming in two games. Two of the interceptions were against the Bengals on Oct. 16 and the other two were against the Seattle Seahawks on Sept. 14.
At 4-3, the Pittsburgh Steelers still lead the AFC North, but the margin has narrowed against Joe Flacco and the Cincinnati Bengals and Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens. The Bengals and Ravens sit at 3-5 and the Browns sit at 2-6.
The Bengals are coming off a loss to the New York Jets, while the Ravens are coming off a commanding win over the Miami Dolphins. Flacco had his own injury troubles heading into the week, dealing with a shoulder injury.
After a week of questions, Flacco was able to start on Sunday against the Chicago Bears. Could Aaron Rodgers see his hot start go up in smoke? The quarterback was able to start against the Colts, but the question of a potential hand injury lingers.
