Major concerns have emerged regarding Victor Wembanyama's availability for Tuesday's game between the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder. The former No. 1 pick is iffy to suit up as the Spurs have listed him questionable, citing left calf injury management.
It's the same injury that ruled out Wembanyama for 12 games. Since returning on Dec. 13 to face the Thunder in the NBA cup semifinal, he has come off the bench and played with a minute restriction. It's the first time he's appeared on the injury report since his comeback.
It's a concerning update given that the Spurs aren't playing on consecutive nights. The Spurs will hope he's available, as the Thunder could be at full strength after several players missed Monday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

OKC might have also circled this game to avenge their NBA Cup semis loss to the Spurs. Without Victor Wembanyama in the lineup, the Spurs might realistically see their six-game winning streak snapped.

Mitch Johnson on bringing Victor Wembanyama off the bench in limited minutes, via @tom_orsborn: "That’s going to be the plan until it’s not. The season's long and grueling, so it's not like Day 5 of this or day whatever of that. It's a treacherous schedule, and so we have to continue to take it day-by-day."
