One of the Los Angeles Chargers' key playmakers on offense, wide receiver Quentin Johnston, is uncertain to play in Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Johnston was placed on the injury report with a shin issue this past week that kept him limited at practice on Wednesday and Thursday before he turned in a full practice on Friday.

Despite the full session to close out the week, Johnston was slapped with the questionable tag for Sunday.

Here's the latest on Johnston's hopes of suiting up against the Jaguars.

Is Quentin Johnston playing today?

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Johnston is indeed expected to suit up on Sunday after logging the aforementioned full practice going into the weekend.

"Chargers WR Quentin Johnston, dealing with a shin injury, was a full participant on Friday. A sign that’s he’s expected to go on Sunday," Rapoport wrote.

Quentin Johnston fantasy advice

After starting off the season on fire, Johnston has cooled considerably over his last five games. Since Week 5, Johnston ranks as WR56 overall in fantasy points per contest, which erases his must-start status.

However, Johnston draws a favorable matchup in Week 11 against a Jaguars unit ceding the 10th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season.

Knowing that, Johnston is a viable flex option with upside on Sunday.
