After the season-ending injury to wide receiver Tyreek Hill, the Miami Dolphins are going to need more out of second-year wideout Malik Washington.
Washington is now firmly in place as the Dolphins' No. 2 wide receiver behind fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle and he entered Week 9 with the third-most receiving yards among players at the position in Miami, trailing only Waddle and Hill.
However, Washington hasn't gotten going early on in the Week 9 game against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Malik Washington playing tonight?
Yes, Washington is active and playing, he just hasn't been targeted yet.
The Dolphins' opening drive ended with a field goal, but Washington wasn't involved and instead quarterback Tua Tagovailoa connected with Waddle and running back De'Von Achane.
We'll see if Washington gets going on drive No. 3.
