Monday's Week 16 game features two teams trending in opposite directions. The Indianapolis Colts will look to snap a four-game losing streak against the red-hot San Francisco 49ers.
Despite sitting sixth in the NFC, San Francisco (10-4) still controls its destiny and can claim the conference's No. 1 seed by winning its remaining games. Doing so would be a remarkable achievement for Kyle Shanahan’s team after enduring significant injuries on defense and offense this season.
