The Cleveland Browns were dealt a blow when their starting quarterback, Shedeur Sanders, suffered a hand injury in the second quarter of the team's Week 16 clash against the Buffalo Bills. Sanders was briefly replaced by fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel, who was sacked by Bills defensive end Greg Rousseau for a loss of 2 yards on his first snap of the game.
When fans saw Gabriel get sacked on the first play after he replaced Sanders, they had some wild reactions.

ANYTHING," a user tweeted.The Browns took Gabriel with the No. 94 pick in this year's NFL draft. They drafted Sanders 50 picks later.

When Sanders was on the sidelines, cameras showed that he had a bloody, lacerated pinky finger on his throwing hand. However, Sanders was able to return later in the second quarter.
