"I cannot walk": Pete Davidson's girlfriend Elsie Hewitt reveals brutal pregnancy struggles, says pain is getting "worse and worse"

American comedian and actor Pete Davidson’s girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, recently opened up about the challenges she is facing in her pregnancy. The 29-year-old model, who is expecting her first child with the 32-year-old, got candid about her health struggles on the social media platform Instagram.

According to E! News, Pete Davidson’s girlfriend posted a video to her Instagram stories on November 14, 2025, saying that she has been in “pain” since the “very beginning” of her pregnancy, adding:

“It’s just getting worse and worse. I’m in absolute agony pretty much 24/7. This morning, it’s really bad,” Elsie Hewitt said in a video.

While the 29-year-old mode further shared that she had tried many ways to “manage the pain,” including exercise, physical therapy, stretches, energy healing, acupuncture, and steroid shots, she added:

“At this point, if you can think of something that there is to do about the pain, I have tried it. I have tried everything, and it’s only getting worse, and I cannot walk… I am just straight-up suffering and in so much pain every single day. I actually really don’t know how it could get worse than this.”

Explaining how much her body is struggling, Pete Davidson’s girlfriend further linked her pain to medical issues, including endometriosis with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. While the former is a reproductive condition that she has reportedly struggled with for years, the latter is a connective tissue condition that can make the pregnancy journey difficult.

Meanwhile, she explained her discomfort and added:

“So, I’m turning to Instagram because I would really like to speak to someone who has been through pregnancy and birth with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Did your pain go away after? Does it get better? Am I gonna die?... I just really want to feel a little bit of hope.”

Elsie Hewitt calls Pete Davidson her “personal toe cracker” in birthday tribute

Pete Davidson recently celebrated his 32nd birthday, with his girlfriend marking the occasion with a tribute post on Instagram. On Sunday, November 16, 2025, Elsie Hewitt shared a video featuring The King of Staten Island star cracking her toes and wrote:

“Happy birthday to my personal toe cracker who gets unnaturally excited about VHS / old tvs & loves to twirl my hair & is my best friend in the whole wide world.”

While the couple is currently expecting their first baby together, Elsie previously opened up about her struggles and concerns over not being able to conceive due to endometriosis. In October, she told People:

“I was 100 percent convinced that I was infertile and not going to be able to have kids… A big part of why I opted for the surgery was, first and foremost, my symptoms, but second, to preserve my fertility or try to get to a place where I could sustain the chances of having a family one day.”

She also gushed about receiving support from Pete Davidson, saying that the comedian takes the “most amazing care of me.”
