A new report indicates how Tom Brady really feels about learning of his ex-wife's new marriage.
Gisele Bündchen married Joaquim Valente last month in an intimate ceremony at their family home, according to a source per Page Six. A source claims that the seven-time Super Bowl-winning champion is "happy" Bündchen is happy.
“He’s happy in the way that is simple: he’s happy that she is happy,” a source told the Daily Mail Sunday.
“Down the line, he might get married again and he would want her to be OK with that, so he has to be OK about it,” the insider continued.
Brady ultimately wants peace between their blended family.
“If he was upset, that would mean he still has feelings for her and that it would be unfair to the kids if he didn’t want to see their mom happy and move on,” the source concluded.
Bündchen also welcomed a baby earlier this year with Valente, whose middle name is River -- their first name or gender has not been made public -- in February 2025. The supermodel also shares Benjamin Rein and Vivian Lake with her ex-husband.
The Page Six source shared that Valente is "thrilled they finally tied the knot after having a kid together.”
Brady and Bündchen were married for 13 years before they filed for divorce in 2022.
In a 2023 interview with Vanity Fair, she cleared up rumors that the two got divorced because Brady decided to unretire. The following year while speaking with Robin Roberts, she claimed that she only wants him to be happy as well in the future.
"If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me," she said at the time. "I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That's what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart."
